Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and MobPOS, Pakistan, for using MobPOS. By setting up or using MobPOS you accept them. If you use MobPOS for a business, you accept them for that business.

The service

MobPOS is software for billing, stock and accounts. It runs on one Windows PC per shop, keeps working without internet, copies the shop's data to our cloud, and shows it on the owner's Android phones as the plan allows.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account and your MobPOS PINs safe; what is done with them is your responsibility.
• One account runs one shop. You decide which staff use the shop's PC and what they may do.

Trial, plans and payment

• A new shop gets a 14-day free trial. After that, a paid plan keeps MobPOS working for adding and changing bills; plans differ in how many phones can view the shop.
• Prices are agreed with us before you pay. Payments are for the period paid and are not refunded for a period already started, unless we agree otherwise.
• If a subscription ends, MobPOS stays usable for a short grace period and then becomes view-only until it is renewed. Your data is not deleted because a subscription ended.

Your data

• Your shop's data belongs to you. We use it only to provide MobPOS, as our privacy policy explains.
• You are responsible for what is entered in MobPOS and for checking your bills and accounts.
• MobPOS makes backups on the shop's PC automatically. Keep the backup folder somewhere safe, for example on another drive or a cloud folder.

Fair use

Do not use MobPOS for anything unlawful, try to reach other shops' data, copy or resell the software, or try to get around its plans and limits.

Availability and changes

We work to keep MobPOS running and safe, and we improve it with updates. Billing on the shop's PC does not depend on the internet, but the cloud and the phones do, and they may sometimes be unavailable. We may change features; for important changes we tell shop owners first.

Liability

MobPOS is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.

Ending

You can stop using MobPOS at any time. We may suspend or end an account that is not paid for or that breaks these terms, after telling you where possible. You can ask us to delete your data as the privacy policy describes.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
